Today, Varaison continues the tradition of producing wines of a particular style, and enjoys introducing new flavors, sensations, and knowledge to its guests. Always looking to enhance the experience, the property now includes a heritage rose garden, an event pavilion, and a fire pit, hearth and patio area where patrons enjoy wood-fired pizza and wine on starlit summer Friday nights.

Excellent service and amazing wine. Worth paying the extra five dollars for the reserve tasting, and they are likely to comp the trading price if you purchase wine. Great experience. If you are new to wine tasting, this should be the the first stop. They do a wonderful introduction on how you should be tasting the difference between whites and reds. They also do a great job explaining why you are tasting the flavors that come from the grapes and barrels. To top it off their wines are delicious.
