Seven Quails is a true boutique vineyard and winery with a productive capacity of 400 to 500 cases per year. Only Estate grapes are used for their ATF bonded production which is accomplished offsite.  Seven Quails is  an intimate, luxurious two suite Paso Robles California bed and breakfast for four to six people.

This quaint house on the hilltop was just a delight! It has great reviews on every single peer-review site, and it lived up to the expectations. It's not a place that is necessarily the most luxurious in terms of the room or bathroom. However, you get a...

Big name winery, ostentatious tasting room. This is one winery you would consider bringing the kids. The grounds are spacious, plenty of room to run, and the larger than life sculptures and statues make it a Wonderland for the little ones. The wine is great, and they pair it with pistachios they grow right there. This has to be the most beautiful winery in the Central Coast. Huge sculptures dotting their perfectly-landscaped and trimmed gardens surrounding the magnificent tasting room, and all kinds of events there. Beautiful artwork, great wines, wonderful...

Bodegas Paso Robles is dedicated to producing wines using Spanish and Portuguese varietals. They take old world vines and make new world wines of the highest quality with the least invasive winemaking practices. Their grapes, although grown in California, are native to Spain and Portugal and have been used for centuries in Iberian winemaking.

All their wines are hand-crafted and aged in premium French and American barrels. Their red wine blends are based on Tempranillo, one of the most extensively planted grapes in both Spain and Portugal. This...

Alta Colina is all about estate-grown Rhones! Every vintage, they produce seven core wines from the estate, plus one or two small lots that show off a different side of the Vineyard.

Amazing wine in an intimate location. The tasting area in the barrel room is very special and memorable. Bottom line - the Rhone varietals are exceptional, and their Toasted Slope Syrah rivals the Cote Rotie in the Northern Rhone.

Tasting is $10 and tasting room is dog friendly!

Calcareous is named after a limestone rock formation in the area that brings to it the distincy terroir, or minerality to their wines, especially pronounced in their whites. The view from the tasting room and patio is amazing. Sweeping panoramas of the entire Paso Robles Winery, perfect spot for pictures and of course, sipping a nice glass of wine on the patio soaking in the view.

The service and wines here are top notch! Bring a picnic or they serve food on the weekends. Perfect place to spend some time.

The winery is on beautiful rolling hills and the entire experience from rolling down the driveway to things to check out after your tasting is top notch.

They provide complimentary cheese, salami and crackers. Great little spot in wine country, very clean and the staff is absolutely great. Great place for a Zinfandel. Nice, sincere winery, solid wine offerings. An intimate tasting experience where everyone is very close-knit and knowledgeable. Though right off the main highway from Paso to Cambria, the grounds are comfortable,...

They have two vineyards, totaling a little over 70 acres. Both are farmed using sustainable practices, with careful attention paid to energy efficiency, water cleanliness and conservation, safe pest management and wild habitat preservation.

A relaxing winery with good wine. Wonderful spot for wine tasting. Beautiful outdoor area and nice staff. The architecture is modern with large geometric stained glass and there is a nice flowing creek on the patio. Gelfand wines are Amazing! If you ever have the chance to go it is a must! These wines are "formidable" and if you love reds you will fall in love with them. Gelfand wines aren't as inexpensive as some of the small, developing wineries that are all over the Paso area, but they are well worth ithe winemaker is so hands on. Great family run opperation. Jan and Len are the best host and hostess in the region.

Pianetta is definitely known for their reds. They grow many of their grapes on their vineyard not far from the tasting room and buy a small portion of their grapes from other vineyards. If you like reds  stop by this gem. Petite Syrah is exceptional. Their jug wine is also very good. The location makes it easy to access other tasting rooms in the area. This is a small retail store near the Square in Paso Robles.

As a family owned and operated winery for twenty one years, Midnight Cellars prides itself in providing fine wines at enjoyable prices.

The wines are really more everyday wines than show stoppers, but they provide a nice balance to all the big reds in Paso that are more special occasion wines at a higher price point. If you've got the time or your looking for super friendly service and easy drinking wine with a laided back atmosphere then Midnight Cellars will be right up your alley and you should definitely pull in and taste! Staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and generally happy to be at the winery with guests. The atmosphere is very nice!! Comfortable bar with stools and beautiful tasting room with couches, tables. This winery is a must visit if you're particular about quality.

They have two great whites (which is unusual in this area) but their red wines are outstanding - from the Treana to the Troublemaker - this place has something for everyone. Sitting in the tasting room felt like you were having a drink with friends.
