They make mountain Cabernets. Mountain fruit is different from valley floor fruit — and so are the wines. They are structured, complex, rich wines, with distinctive tannins, ageability and concentrated fruit.
Their Current Release Tastings are offered on a walk-in basis, which is subject to availability, or you are welcome to reserve a spot at our standing tasting bar, daily from 10:00am to 5:00pm. Reservations are suggested. For $25 choose four wines to enjoy from our wine tasting menu, many of which are winery exclusive For an Exclusive Experience, they offer several tour and tasting options by appointment.
Restaurant: Executive Chef Chad Hendrickson utilizes local organically and sustainably-grown products to create fresh seasonal recipes to pair with Hess Collection wines.
