John Kosovich Wines was established in 1922 and operated as Westfield Wines until 2003 when the decision was made to change the name to honour John Kosovich’s 50th vintage. It is the third oldest winery operating in the Swan Valley and the oldest still run by the original family, situated approximately half an hour north of Perth.

 Sustainability is central to Harris Organic’s philosophy of vineyard management; they favour the slow food process of wine production - vital to physical and environmental health. In wine-making yjey use minimal artificial energy sources. For example we built an underground cellar to obtain naturally cooler storage temperatures while our wines likewise mature in oak barrique and hogsheads, ultimately sealed in recyclable glass bottles and natural cork. Mann’s is a small vineyard scenically located on a high bank of the Swan River. Mann produces two styles of sparkling wine made in the traditional French manner of Méthode Champenoise: a Rosé style made from Cabernet Sauvignon and a white style made from Cygne Blanc.

Hainault is a boutique cellar door and cafe situated in the picturesque Bickley Valley, just 25 km from the Perth Central Business District. Nestled in Jarrah forest on the Darling Scarp at an elevation of 400 m, Hainault is the highest vineyard in Western Australia and is in one of the coldest parts of the State. All of their wines are made from estate grown, hand harvested fruit using minimal interventions.

The Amonini family have been making wine for generations, starting in northern Italy and continuing the tradition when the family relocated to Western Australia. Mandoon Estate was established by the Erceg family in 2008, after having purchased the historical ‘Roe Family property’ in Caversham, Swan Valley. This property had been in the hands of the Roe family since settlement in the 1840’s by their late forefather, the Swan River Colonies First Surveyor General, John Septimus Roe. It is the desire of Mandoon Estate to preserve the cultural and historical heritage of this property as well as demonstrate the full potential of the Swan Valley as a significant Wine producing region.
