Their vineyard is planted on volcanic soils at an elevation of 750 m, in the cool climate of the Southern Highlands. Warm days and cool nights allow the grapes to ripen slowly retaining flavour and freshness. Typically they pick their fruit from mid-March through to early May. The varieties are Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Malbec and newly grafted Pinot Grigio.
Their boutique winery has a hands – on approach using winemaking techniques from both new world technology and old world tradition. All wines are crafted on site, at cool optimal ambient temperatures. They produce whites, reds and fortifieds, and both dry and sweet styles
Visitors are free to visit our winery at their leisure. They offer 'owner-guided winery tours on request'. Pets are welcome, though they do not encourage their visits
The rustic stone cellar is located in a charming country setting with views across to the vineyard and a short level walk to the winery. In the cooler months, you can sit by the wood fire, or stroll through and picnic in the vineyard during the warmer months.
