Stonier's first vines were planted in 1978 with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay the core focus. The Mornington Peninsula's cool maritime climate is ideal for these two early ripening varieties, consistently providing quality and character. The suitability of the region to these two very noble varieties reinforces our focus on producing premium single vineyard and multi-site Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. They focus on what the region of the Mornington Peninsula does so well, producing premium single vineyard and multi-site Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Their Sparkling wines are a blend of some of the most pristine fruit sourced from their Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vineyards.

Open for tastings and wine sales almost every day of the year and there are regular Stonier and regional events held at their Cellar Door.
