Tallavera Grove

Tallavera Grove is a family owned boutique winery which consists of three premium vineyards located in the Hunter Valley, Orange and Wrattonbully. A visit to Tallavera Grove is a unique experience, the stunning views and vineyard covered hillsides of this serene, tranquil valley are as rewarding to behold as the wines to taste.

They are a young and vibrant winery, a small boutique producer that provides high quality wines made by Gwyn Olsen, the Gourmet Traveller Young Winemaker of the Year 2014. They retained their Red Five Star rating in the 2015 Australian Wine Companion, an honour bestowed upon outstanding wineries regularly producing wines of exemplary quality and typicity.

Tallavera Grove produces signature Hunter Valley varieties including Semillon, Verdelho, Chardonnay and Shiraz. Their cool climate Orange Vineyard specialises in Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Pinot Noir, Shiraz and Cabernet. Rarer, cult Italian varieties such as Vermentino, Sagrantino and Aglianico are popular specialities.

Bistro Molines is open for lunch Thursday to Monday and for dinner Friday and Saturday evenings.

Bistro Molines at Tallavera Grove provides an elegant setting for your event including weddings, anniversaries, special birthdays and corporate conferences. With commanding distant views over rolling hills, vineyards and mountains, the venue evokes the feel of a Tuscan villa. Glassed on three sides with wide covered verandahs spilling out onto a wisteria covered courtyard, your guests will appreciate the exclusive and unique atmosphere.
