Nestled amongst the rolling hills of Mount View, Briar Ridge is an iconic vineyard producing classic Hunter Valley wines. Gywn Olsen, the 2015 Hunter Valley Rising Star of the Year and the 2014 Gourmet Traveller Wine's Young Winemaker Medal recipient, works magic as Chief Winemaker and is passionate about producing estate grown wines for the Briar Ridge range.

Enjoy a tasting while taking in the tranquil gardens and mountain views, or why not relax a little longer over an antipasto or cheese plate and be ensconced in the beauty that is Briar Ridge.

Their Gourmet Cheese Platter includes some of the finest local cheese and condiments from our providores, as well as our own Vignerons Platter. You can finish off your tasting with a beautiful fresh coffee made using premium, locally roasted beans.

Briar Ridge Winery is the perfect location for an intimate wedding or commitment ceremony and reception venue. The vineyards and beautiful landscaped gardens provide a stunning backdrop for photographs, and an ideal ceremony location.
