Felsberg Winery

This truly boutique winery is enclosed within a remarkable Bavarian style building located half way up the granite boulder strewn hillside. The winery itself has a large number of small tanks which lend themselves perfectly to the production of very small parcels of quality wine. The philosophy behind our winemaking is... to extract the very best that Mother Nature provides and produce wines that exhibit the true character of the soil they come from – ‘terroir’. Our over riding aim is to ensure that the wines are balanced. Wine flavours and other inputs such as oak should be perfectly balanced to produce wines that are a delight to consume.

From their hillside position the ‘Bell Tower’ Café commands a sweeping view of the Glen Aplin valley area. Their menu changes regularly and reflects seasonal produce from the local area. They bring international flavours to our table that can best be described as a melting pot of culinary experimentation OPEN 7 DAYS 9.30AM - 4.30PM Dinner every Saturday and 1st/3rd friday of the month.

The ‘Bell Tower’ Café is also available for your next function. Corporate events, weddings, social groups and all can be catered for.
