Information about the Winery/Vineyard:
They aim to bridge the gap somewhat between New World and Old World practices by minimizing human intervention and taking a more holistic approach to the wine production process from the vineyard through to the bottle. The vineyards are managed using organic principles where possible and dry grown, encouraging the roots of each vine to reach for the bedrock and tell the story of the Barossa’s ancient soils – striving to express the individual place each vine grows. Their wines are, on the whole, earthy and structured to express the vibrancy of fruit for which the Barossa Valley is world famous.
At Murray Street Vineyards, they welcome group visits and suggest making a booking for your group when there are 6 or more people. Tasting at Murray Street Vineyards is personal and informative. Perfectly complemented with its sweeping vistas of vines and sky through all the seasons.
