Very very delicious. The finest recipes from Spain indeed! Their foods are prepared fresh each morning and made with imported ingredients as well as locally sourced produce. Try their selections of tapas, pintxos, bocadillos, flautas, tortillas, salads, soups or desserts. They carry specialty drinks from Spain such as horchata, soda, beer and hot chocolate.
The food here is awesome, and the prices are great value for NYC. For people who have complained bout portion size, anyone have a app and pasta, or pasta and secondi, and the free bread with a dessert should be more than fine, and at their prices its still great value. Great fresh food. Homemade pasta. I can't even list my favorite because I love them all. The staff is so nice and it goes well with the awesome food. The only downside to this place is that it is CASH ONLY. Gluten Free Pasta Available.
It's a quaint, no frills Italian spot. The service is good. Barbone's homey feel and attentive staff make it a great experience. Good food, not great! Open for Christmas dinner. MENU
Nice, fresh, well prepared Greek food near Times Square. Serves great food, generous portions, and offers it all at a very affordable price! LUNCH MENU
Boqueria offers some pretty solid Spanish fare in a trendy and modern, yet casual setting. The place is busy, cosy, with a partially open kitchen and a delicious smell all over. No reservations are accepted for dinner (unless 5+) The tapas here are awesome. MENU
Everything about this place is perfect: they've transformed a small and somewhat difficult space into a cozy little enclave with great food, exceptionally friendly service, and a lovely vibe. The food is authentic Italian (they got all their recipes from someone's Italian grandmother), and they always have delicious specials. Their pasta is house-made and you can taste the difference. Ai Fiori at the Langham Place is a Michelin-star restaurant that serves Italian and French cuisine. The entire waitstaff is extremely attentive, the food is delicious, the decor is phenomenal...it's almost impossible to have a bad experience at Ai Fiori!. It is a romantic, and cozy mood for couple to share a special occassion such as a Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner date. MENUS
Great location and great service. When it comes to seafood, I have to say this place is the real deal. Great pork souvlaki, too. Very fresh, clean, delicious Greek seafood, reasonably priced for whole seafood. MENU
Pata Negra is a gem -- perfect for spending some quality time with a friend/date while sipping on wine & snacking on tapas! The storefront is tiny and easy to miss, but once you step in, you are enveloped in the warmth & intimacy that is Pata Negra. It's cozy & romantic. Charming, amazing food, fantastic wine list and reasonably priced. MENU Cost of main meal above excludes jamon (ham)
Even if you don't have food allergies or need to eat gluten free it is just a great place for proper italian food! Great food and service. Very nice decor. Very attentive wait staff. What sets this restaurant apart is the fact that it's a haven for those suffering from gluten allergies. The first question that the waitress asked us was, "do you have any food allergies?" BRUNCH MENU
They have a happy hour where you can get discounted drinks like bellinis and mimosas before 7pm. They've got a really delicious menu with things like grilled polenta and a wide variety of salads. However, the focus of the menu is definitely the risotto, with something like 15 or 16 different options of the gooey rice dish. Open for Christmas dinner. MENUS
Local and authentic Greek. A tiny mom-and-pop restaurant, seating no more than 5-7 tables off of the Astoria-Ditmars subway stop, surprisingly serves up some tasty and homestyle food. Phenomenal traditional Greek food. The cold appetizer plate offers a great sampling of the best appetizers. Everything fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere is just like in Greece -- the music, the people, the colors. The food is amazing, especially the grilled octopus!
The tapas are delectable, the servers know their wine, and the wine, predictably, is superb. Price is reasonable for Manhattan, and the space is quaint, albeit a tight squeeze and hard to get a seat. Really small, cute and cozy wine and tapas restaurant. The wine selection is extraordinary.
First off, you know this is a legit Neapolitan pizza establishment. Everyone in here is speaking Italian. Always a good sign. Pizza is really good - nice bubbly Neopolitan crust.Service was quick and to the point. The tables are really close to each other like most places in NYC. This place is just awesome Fresh ingredients and delicious oven baked pizza - cheese made on site!! How can you get fresher? Glutenfrr & vegan options. MENU
You can't beat the location and the ambiance of this West Village gem. Just a stone's throw from the subway (L/F/M), Bar Six offers an intangible feeling of comfort and belonging. The service and ambiance are both very good and the food is by and large terrific. Open for Christmas Dinner. MENUS
