Casual environment, amazing food and reasonably priced. The pasta always tastes very fresh and delicious. The staff is very friendly and very attentive. They also have an excellent wine list that the servers will more than happily guide you through. Sunday for brunch is an ideal time to enjoy this casual rustic Italian restaurant in SoHo. Open for Christmas dinner.
Atmosphere is pure southern France with delightful tables inside built around comfy cushions while outside dining also nice. This place is cash only, but they do have an ATM next to the bathroom. The wait staff are amazing, but the food is the real star. Excellent crepes, pastas and desserts. Their crepes are made from buckwheat flour so for those of you who are gluten free, this is an excellent spot. MENU
The inside is very old school and filled with posters and mementos from Bosnia. It has a great family feel and the owner was personally serving us. Very nice and flavorful food. The servers are patient and kind and will always get your food to you promptly or offer a suggestion if you're unsure of what to get. The cevapi are fantastic and the pasulj is also great for a cold day. If you want to add a traditional drink, try the Cockta.
It's a tiny rustic Turkish bbq restaurant tucked near the end of sunset park. . Everybody has to go to this place at least once in their life. The menu is limited but every single dish on it is delicious. The lentil soup is to die for. So is the award winning chicken Shish kebab. The mixed meat platter, borek, copan salad, Turkish coffee... All delicious. And the owner ties it all together. Great little spot. MENU

If you're looking for a homey, unpretentious, Parisian brunch experience, Le Grainne has your name written all over it. Ok pricing and the Crepes were quite large. Simple but good food. Quaint decor, no frills or pretentiousness. Everything is great here and it scores big bonus points for the cafe au lait which is basically served in a soup bowl. MENU
Delicious Serbian comfort food. The plejskavica is tasty and huge served on a homemade pita with ajvar. The chevapi is great too. Burgers are big business these days in NYC, but at this throwback to 1980s Yugoslavia, you can try something bigger, and arguably better: pljeskavica, a dinner-plate-sized burger of beef, pork, veal and fatty lamb sandwiched between two buttery halves of pita.
Consistent and delicious every time. Very small, narrow restaurant. If you're claustrophobic, stay away. But the place has AMAZING Turkish food. Outstanding service. Excellent food. Reasonable prices. Generous portions. Quiet and cozy.
Danny Meyer's Roman trattoria is a thoughtful, comfortable place, where the service is pitch-perfect and the roast suckling pig has shatteringly crisp skin. Antipasti and pastas are particularly good. MENUS
Anthi's is a humble, hidden gem. The food is always delicious. They have different specialties each day, so when time allows it's nice to stop in and scope out the days selection.Delicious, authentic Greek food. The moussaka and tzatziki are best-sellers ,the spinach pie (spanakopita) is great. Really good place to eat genuine greek food.
Incredible! Great service, super flavorful and inventive/complex menu items, above average. The service is always great and food is tasty and fresh. The place is nice and Turkish coffee smell were all over the place which make it even a better place to dine . The food is authentic as if you would be in Turkey.Excellent Turkish food. Don't miss the babaganoush which they serve with some soft baked bread. The kabobs are all fantastic and the rice is creamy and soft.

This joint is a small hole in the wall but is fantastic. Pljeskavica is a grilled burger made Bosnian style with lamb and beef served with sour cream, onions, lettuce, tomato and avjar (an eggplant based sauce). So Simple, So Tiny but yet so delicious. The menu consists of one page, but you don't really need a menu when you know whats good. Balkan food.
