Delicious. Adorable place and great ambience. No issues with reservations or getting seated and great service. Recommend the lox and don't forget to get a crepe for dessert. They have a pretty big brunch menu as opposed to just a few options, which is typical for stone street. The ambiance is great, mixed crowd of young couples and families.
Situated in the Scandinavia House, it is closest to Nordic cuisine at affordable prices as one can have it in NYC. This restaurant is the lobby of a museum it's light bright and airy. The menu is simple with a balance of traditional favorites & modern twists. Really fresh and local Ingredients from their farm as a result the menu is updated every few months. Terrific food (salmon burger); good beer selection; great service. Very reasonably priced.
If you like German or Polish food, you'll love this place. There is a daily menu of about ten items. The food is very home-style, it's comforting and good, and they offer at least one Danish food choice for an entree. It's very laid back, like eating at your family's house.
Adorable Swedish coffee shop on busy Park Avenue. The brownies! The truffles! The gluten free cookies! Everything is just so delicious and the staff here is so nice! Not only is the coffee excellent but the staff that works there is charming. Always a great attitude, friendly and helpful. t's easily one of the best tasting coffees in the area.
