The food is excellent. The deserts even better. The ambiance is so sweet and yes, romantic. It never got too loud and our server was always attentive. In the middle of the craziness of Hollywood, off vine is a cute and charming restaurant. It is in an adorable little house and you feel just like at home. The service is great, the food delicious. Tam O'Shanter's is a Scottish restaurant. The walls are covered with Scottish Coats of Arms (very fun to look up your Scottish family name if you have one and see your crest), and there are special Scottish nights like Robbie Burn's birthday on January 25th each year, where they sing songs, do dances, and serve Haggis.
