New coffee shop in LA with amazing coffee and great customer service. They roast their beans in-house and sell the beans as well. This unique coffee shop has premium roast coffee which surpasses what Starbucks or Coffee Bean offer by a mile. The people working there are super friendly. They make sure you are taken cared of. MENU
It's a dry aged burger and the meat is so tender and juicy without being drippy.Voted cities best burger and French Onion Dip sandwich in the LA times, and well deserved. MENU
The chicken plate is the most popular and deserves its reputation. You get a tender grilled half chicken that's charred and flavored amazingly. Not sure what the bright red seasoning is or why the chicken turns out that color but it is delish! The fries are also satisfyingly greasy and citrusy - a perfect complement to the chicken. Burgers are equally tasty! MENU
Milk Jar is a quaint little cookie shop that if you blinked you'd miss. But with cookies this good you definitely want to keep your eyes peeled. Great cookie texture and chewiness. The Chocolate Chip Cookie and the Gluten Chocolate Chip Cookie is AMAZING. MENU
First rate, ever-reliable, quietly inspired. Suzanne Tracht is a great chef, and a modest one. The service is impeccable and the food is top notch. The ambiance and decor is pretty amazing, great vibes and awesome place to people watch while having a drink. Enjoy familiar retro dishes from the American culinary repertoire, including signature Pot Roast, Kansas City Steak, wild and sustainable Fish, Lemon Grass Chicken, Black Mussels with Lobster Beranaise and Fennel Salt, award winning French Fries, market-fresh sides and perfect martinis.
Vita is a solid place for good coffee, wifi and some treats. It's in a great location at the corner of little armenia, Los Felix, and silver lake. They have a great range of single origin coffee beans and house blends; brewing supplies and teas. Delicious coffee! Pricey, but that's to be expected. Most people that work here are super nice and friendly. Fast service!
The burgers are incredible and easily deserve 5 stars. The meat is juicy, cooked rare and incredibly flavorful. The toppings are overwhelmingly savory and the bun is nearly perfect. The vibe here is super cool. Upscale gastropub. MENU
In terms of dining at the food court, you can easily get out spending under $15 and feeling incredibly full. Some of our favorites include beef hot pot from Daewon Bowl, fried pork at Galleria Tonkatsu, and of course ice cold boba from Bopioca. It's a good place to go after picking up the kids from school -- even better with other friends with kids. Portions are decent, so it's possible to cobble dinner together for six people, say, with three or four orders. The kids especially love the tonkatsu platter (huge pork chop fried in panko bread crumbs with a slightly sweet, tangy sauce), and dumplings are always a hit.
Just for dessert. Long lines, but it's pretty good. heir ice cream is really good. It's definitely full of flavor but more on the richer side. It's texture is creamy more than ice so it goes really well with their cookies. As for the cookies, the ooey gooey double chocolate chip cookies is the way to go.
Coffee made right. The coffee makers here are really friendly and experienced. The hype and hipsters might scare people away, but the coffee doesn't lie. That's the real reason this place is still known as the best in LA! Beautiful, cozy bistro, and yet hidden away from the very busy road. Everything is delicious plus their behaviors are laid-back, humorous, intelligent and artsy.
They keep it true to their roots at this place. No seats here folks, just an old establishment with paper towel dispensers, old wooden boards against the wall to place your food at and a neighborhood that's as urban as LA gets. A Los Angeles Original, as delicious as it gets! It hasn't changed in 67 years and there's a reason for it. L.A's chili cheese burger doesn't get any better. MENU
A great addition to the Warehouse District. The service is fast, personable, and helpful. Recommend the duck, bacon, & jalapeño sausage with kraut & sweet peppers, fries, & Houblon Chouffe. The sausage is moist, smokey, and had all the best of its ingredients showing through. The fries are fantastic. Crisp on the outside & fluffy (how else to describe?) inside with a side of chipotle aioli dipping sauce. Good delection of Belgian beers.MENU
Casa Chocolate is a hidden gem. Although you may be craving a decadent candy apple or chocolate covered strawberry skewers, you may just have to settle for an unbelievably delicious spiced hot chocolate for under 2 bucks at Casa Chocolate. Wonderful food, reasonably priced. Come for the chocolate but stay for coffee, breakfast or a great sandwich on french bread or panin
