This is another pretty little place to drink tea and eat cake in Stoke Newington. A genuine old-fashioned tea room in London! The have a nice selection of cakes and sandwiches and a wide array of loose teas served in pots. You can reserve tables and you probably should if you want to go on a weekend afternoon, especially if your group is larger than 4 people.
Tea Rooms puts a modern twist on the traditional English country tearoom, making it suitable for busy city people- it is an artisan coffee shop by day and a funky wine bar by evening. Royal Teas is Greenwich's own little corner of calm. Great wee café; good coffee, friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere and good value. Simple as that! Great place, and great food..
Delightful little tea shop. They serve breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, desserts and cakes. Located on the corner of a side street, it's a nice place to sit on a late Sunday morning. Traditional English tea without the fuss. But don't come here expecting muffins it's the cakes that are the real winners.
Great coffee and very nice atmosphere. Informal and with character. There's free wifi. This coffee shop is a wonderful addition to Forest Hill. It's got a really relaxed bohemian feel, amazing cakes, isn't too expensive.
Gorgeous little secret nook to take someone on a coffee date or to read a book. The decor is a mixy matchy and really eclectic and right around the corner from Angel station. They serve salads, soups, sandwiches, cakes and a good selection of teas and coffees. The art house style decor is lush and in the summer it's really lovely to sit outside and take it all in.
A great cappuccino. Cute location. Easily top five in London. I think you'll struggle to find better coffee in London than the stuff you get at this place. Tomtom is a nice cafe for a hearty brunch and tea, or coffee or hot chocolate
If you want great coffee and don't mind not having much space to sit and work, you will love Kaffeine. Their service is great, the sweat treats like the Portuguese tart are tasty and the coffee certainly worth a trip. This place serves excellent coffee (if you like Square Mile) and it's very popular indeed, that's completely clear when you walk in to find no-where to sit and people standing in line even at 3.00pm waiting to be served.
