Lovely restaurant in the basement of mandarin oriental hotel. Classy yet trendy - it has that NYC French brasserie take replicated well. One of the best meals in London easily deserving of their Michelin star rating. This is an elegant and polished restaurant that achieves excellence without an ounce of pretension. Service is exemplary and so is the coastal Indian cuisine. Trisha is a higher end, southern Indian restaurant. This place is a nice, bright and welcoming setting. While it is a pretty standard English pub in some respects, the open flow from the inside to the patio is great. This is just a fantastic venue. Experience: happy hour drinks, excellent dinners in the upstairs dining room, traditional Sunday roast, casual pub grub by the fireplace. The menu offers impressive English gastro delights such as calves liver and bacon and meatloaf.
