Finch's is outstanding.  They have a nicely curated menu of sandwiches and an even more concise selection for breakfast.  This is complemented by the normal selection of espresso drinks.

The pork was the smoked variety, in classic true BBQ style instead of stewed in a pot with lots of sweet sauces. Perfect balance of smoke and bbq and all that's necessary to have a messy, self-contained sandwich. See  Menu

This is a very classy place - people come here to be seen. (not shocking since its the Four Seasons, but still wanted to state the obvious).  The service and food are always good. They have an excellent selection of wine and drinks, and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. See menus for Christmas, American Thanksgiving , New Years Eve and every day.
