Pomodoro Sardo is a modern Italian Sardinian cooking with a focus on superb ingredients, impeccably sourced and handled with care and simplicity. All the food had perfectly balanced flavours and of course a nice affogato for dessert was crucial. The menu was smaller than some but everything included was unique and attractive.
The ambiance of the place is excellent with big long tables for groups as well as booths and bar dining. Greek street food has never looked so good. One can structure a meal well at Gazi, starting with bread and dips or smaller menu items. There's also meat from the grill, small souva's; of which the duck and crab are amazing, and chips with feta cheese. Regular Menus Christmas Lunch Menu

A loud, crazy and vibrant Melbourne institution located in the bustling hub of Carlton. Great coffee, great cakes, highchairs, change table and plenty of room for prams and kids. Most cakes are delicious and snacks are generous and filling. Coffee is very good considering the volume they pump out daily. Brunetti is up there with the best bars/pasticcerie in Italy, so glad it's in Melbourne.

+39 pizzas are fantastic. Nice thin bases, excellent quality toppings, not too much of anything, and bursting with flavour. Yes it's a bit loud in there and the seating is a little cramped, but the pizzas make it all worthwhile. This is an authentic Italian pizza restaurant.
