Not many big chains that specialise in one cuisine remember that some basic ingredients have a readily available Gluten Free option, Carluccio's does. What's even better is that the Gluten Free pasta they use you can buy in their little deli shop, It is always a busy place, with a happy mix of party groups, first dates and after-work diners.
