The service is impeccable and the food delicious, The Servings are generous and prices competitive, always providing the customers with huge variety and variation on the menu. The Exeter is truly charming, and absolutely vital to the Adelaide pub scene. For one thing, the dinner menu is brilliant. Enjoy a great meal at the Exeter whilst the kids enjoy the undercover playground.
Family friendly cafe, big play area for kids. Plenty of room for prams, high chairs and change table available. Serving organic Fair Trade coffee and tea, and a tasty range of iced drinks and milkshakes. Breakfast and light meals available all day during the week.
The Southern Hotel is a fantastic place to eat out with the family at Gawler. They have a great play area, Junior G’s, with a playground that is sound proof! Parents do not have to worry about disturbing others without children. They can relax, knowing that the children can play happily without disturbing anyone! The play area is indoors and fully enclosed, which makes it ideal for younger children. There are also some small toys available for toddlers.
The wonderful Olive Branch Cafe in Balhannah has a fantastic play area for kids with tables and chairs, colouring in pencils and paper, lots of toys, books, a slide, play vacuum cleaner and baby walker. There is also a great kids menu with lots of fun and healthy options.
The Esplanade Hotel at Brighton is a great place to go in Adelaide with kids of all ages. They have a playground for the younger kids, toys and a table and chairs. But best of all they have fantastic entertainment for the kids every Friday and Saturday night. Kids eat free on Tuesday and Wednesday nights. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed and The Esplanade Hotel is very family friendly.
Everything to love about this cafe. The food, coffee and fresh juices are amazing. The produce is the highest quality and the servings are generous. The hardest thing is picking what to have. The staff are always happy and extremely attentive which adds to the experience
Great café, always very busy. Plenty of Vego lunch options which have always been fresh and reasonably priced. Good coffee and the ability to pop into the s tore next door while you are waiting is brilliant. Experience living foods for living better in our licensed Café. Eat indoors on the verandah or in a garden setting under the trees.
This is the gem of the south! Located on Moana beach this place prides itself on under promising but over delivering! From the outside it may not appear anything glamorous but it's quirky mismatched decor gives it warmth and character that is unmatched by the colder sterile atmosphere created at more modern eateries.
Captain Butlers Cafe is a fantastic place for parents to go with their kids and an ideal place for mothers groups to meet. It is very big and spacious, with plenty of room for prams. There are lots of tables and chairs and two groups of comfy couches. Brewed coffee, hot drinks, juices, home-style sweet treats, freshly made scones.
The HMS Buffalo is moored in the Patawolonga in Glenelg. It is an exact replica of the vessel that bought free settlers to South Australia in 1836- a perfect way to explore some local history. Families are especially catered for with their own dining area complete with a children’s play area called ‘Buzby’s Brig’.
The food is traditional Bakery style, with lots of hot pastries to choose from and a beautiful array of yummy cakes. There are party pies, pasties and sausage rolls available to purchase individually which are perfect for little ones and on our visit they were happy to cut a pasty in half for my children and served it on quality plastic plates with plastic cutlery and sauce on the side.
A great selection of coffee. The barristers are very knowledgable and are able and willing to take your taste buds on a journey. Food is spectacular!
REAL chocolate is the currency of San Churro – it is their life work, and they are devoted – some would say fanatical – about delivering the very best chocolate experience possible to like-minded devotees. It’s a project of passion that they undertake with a fierce dedication to fine ingredients, a nod to chocolate’s wonderfully rich history, and a devotion to having fun and enjoying the journey.
Cocolat is an icon of sorts on Rundle Street, most people have been here at least once and it sets a high standard for the dessert cafés in Adelaide. The store sprawls over a narrow block and opens out the back into the lane ways near Ebenezer Place and the Belgian Beer Café.
