This place has everything and very reasonably priced. It is organized and clean. The long-standing kitchen equipment store in Chelsea Market.  Among their peers, Bowery Kitchen seems to be the jack-of-all-trades, peddling all manners of kitchen tools.  The inventory can seem devoid of rhyme or reason, with little consistency in manufacturers and completeness in any particular line of items, and at any particular time.
