However, they adopt a progressive interpretation of this style without following food trends, but in turn maintaining a creative element which draws it's inspiration from all over the world. Vegetables are a main focus bringing a lightness and balance to the dining experience. They also pride themselves on their home-made bread and ice creams. They are part of the slow food movement.
