The grocery section of the store is most excellent, they are quite large and have numerous brands of Indian groceries, their produce section is decent and they have a good selection.The liquor store side of the store has a surprisingly good selection of microbreweries and other basics.This place is perfect for those out of the ordinary ingredients that Indian recipes call for (red lentils, garam masala).

Baiz not only carries spices, they also have fresh chicken and meat (halal) and they also have dairy products, freshly baked Arabic bread, Lebanese sweets, and grocery items typically found in a ME store. Not only that, they also cater to other international communities such as the subcontinent and some gulf and Persian items, all of which are very important for our international cuisines. Fruit and vegies are fresh. They have a butcher that will cut meat into pieces that you prefer.

Good place for buying meat, spices, biryani and kebabs. The spice collection is plentiful. They have a whole range of whole and powdered spices, including a bunch of Shaan's wonderful masalas. This is not a "cute" and eclectic grocery store the trendy crowd will venture to. It's a very unassuming nuts and bolts Middle Eastern grocery store. The Mediterranean food here is the place to go. It s busy, yet not chaotic or loud. There is plenty of seating space and it is shared with their supermarket.

This is a great little market. They get produce in every week, and fresh Halal meats in twice per week (Tues & Fri). Sultan Market is a great alternative to Baiz if you just need a few things or you're a little further East.

The market is very small. It has the typical Middle Eastern groceries. Very kind owners, authentic mediterranean goodies, a fine wine selection at great prices and conveniently located!
