Its very clean, large, and has many different products. The prices are also very good compared to other international supermarkets. It's very clean and organized. It's more affordable than most of the other Asian stores.
An Asian market that contains so much exotic and abundant food it caters to all ethnicities of that of Chinese, Vietnamese, Filipino, Thai and a bit of Japanese. From frozen produce, desserts and seafood. Instant noodles, varieties of sauces, housewares and fresh produce. Mekong Plaza has all your Asian needs.
This is a very small space with authentic Japanese goods. You can actually buy bento boxes or other food items or drinks and sit down to enjoy it. It's a local Japanese grocery store! You can get basic ingredients for cooking and great bento made fresh in the store.
Compared to many Asian super market this one is pretty unorganized. But does carry a large selection food and sauces.The employees are usually polite. You may have to walk through every aisle to find what you need, but that's part of the adventure.
Little India is a tiny Indian supermarket in a Plaza with a small kitchen in the back. They have very limited groceries.
The place itself is small but is loaded with lots of authentic Japanese products imported from japan. The frozen section has a wide selection of sushi grade seafood like salmon, tuna, mackerel, yellowtail, squid, octopus, eel and both cooked and raw shrimp. This place sells ready to eat beef gyudon, sake, frozen gyoza, different sauces (sukiyaki, tempura sauce, katsudon sauce, rice vinegar etc).
This is a well-stocked Eastern European food market. You will find many, many products from Russia and former Soviet countries. Try the selection of wines, or one of many Kabasa or fish from the meat counter. This is basically a large specialty market. It mainly carries Russian items as well as a lot of Moldavian, Armenian, Ukrainian, Polish, Romanian, Bulgarian, and Georgian items
Simple store with basic indian groceries. Store is clean and staff are courteous. Items are pricey , minimum of 20% more than market price. Good store with all basic Indian stuff will good quality.
The store is cozy with a lot of shelves stocked to the brim with Asian gifts, eating utensils, prepackaged foods, and sauces to name a few. The House of Rice carries predominantly Japanese foodstuffs and cookware but also has a strong showing in the Indonesian and oddly Dutch categories.
