The store is a grocery store/market with a café in the rear loft. The store sells a variety of Paleo, organic, gluten free, vegan, vegetarian (among other) food items. In the front of the store they feature fresh, chilled, prepared foods. They also carry a variety vitamins, minerals, cleansers, soaps, incense, lotions and different healthy(er) food choices
The produce is shiny and gorgeous and flavorful, and they have hard-to-find fruits and veggies that are a real treat. Fresh seafood and meat selections, and you know the quality is going to be excellent and safe. Lots of bulk bins including bulk spices which will save you an epic load of cash. Offering a lot of food restrictions: gluten-free, milk allergies, nut allergies, chocolate allergies.
A lot of the organic stuff (for those who eat organic) is less pricey than those that shop at regular grocery stores or whole foods. Veggies and fruits are typically cheap and come in decent amounts (week worthy)..
