This grocery store is small and hold lots of hidden treasures. The owner couldn't have been nicer and she completed just about all we needed in that tiny little shop. They also carry interesting frozen treats including exotic Thai ice cream flavors from Sky Ice in Brooklyn.

Inthira has a wide range of Thai ingredients from Fresh Holy Basil to Frozen Salted Crabs. A super sweet Thai market with a lovely cat. Super helpful staff and hard to find Thai ingredients. Great curry pastes, drinks and some prepared foods. All the goods for cooking Thai food at home!

Türkiyem Market offers a great selection within a small space. Yet it is very well maintained so you have enough room to move around. They have all sorts of Turkish treats. Go inside and check it out, the people are really nice.
It's a huge market with a ton of selections. They pack their shelves with the best quality stuff- thus making it expensive. Many things here are organic, so thumbs up for that.The prices are very reasonable and the food is always fresh. You really get what you pay for. The meat and bakery sections are the best part, they have so many specialty meats and the bakery are delicious! Good food at good prices. Besides being a place to go for imported Turkish specialties and fresh meat, this market also has a substantial bulk section with nuts, spices, and assorted ingredients free for browsing. Great for the wonderful, cheap, soft, and LARGE pita bread choices. Also authentic Turkish coffee supplies.
This place is the ideal discovery--very unassuming exterior. However, the deli food is delicious, stocked with very good Turkish food (the islim kebabi is delicious!) at reasonable prices. There are tables to sit and hang out, and a minimal grocery store stocked with your typical deli/grocery store, as well as a lot of things traditional to the near-east and Mediterranean.
