The focus is on middle eastern fare with breads, cheeses and halal meat. You can get most of your grocery basics here and any spices and herbs for more exotic cuisine. I like this place a lot. They have good fresh meat (there is always a queue) and the vegetables and fruit are much better than in other supermarkets, great price per value. You can find many Arabic products and have a few Spanish too!

Deepak specialises in Middle Eastern, Indian and Mediterranean foods and is it cheap! You'll find lots of interesting foodstuffs for around half the price you'll find them at the nearest high street grocery store. If you're looking for spices, grains, pulses, nuts or flours of any type then Deepaks has more than likely got you covered.

This little Japanese grocery store is very dear to me: it's always well-stocked, many of the products are actually cheaper than in the nearby Chinatown and most importantly...it's clean! This small Japanese supermarket with a small deli area serves bento boxes and snacks for takeaway or to eat in on the small wooden counter in the window.

This Cypriot shop is an icon of Harringay's Grand Parade, and a great value supermarket, bakery and butchers. This is a well loved bakery/supermarket and all Greek/Turkish people already know about it. This shop is great for anyone looking for anything turkish and mediterrean. The bakery is next door which has bread, koulourakia, cakes, lokoumathes and the turkish newspaper. everything is fresh and of good quality

Theyhave a large selection of vegetables and fruits outside (mostly bowls-full for £1) They also have a huge selection of spices, cans/jars full of interesting things, feta/ haloumi, baklava (although it is a little greasy) and a freezer stocked with wonders! It's also pretty cheap.

Good selection of basic Asian staples. Natural Natural has a nice little selection of Asian and other produce, particularly some harder-to-find items like daikon and baby eggplant, and also fresh lemongrass, a variety of chillies, shiso and holy basil. Inside the store is mostly japanese products, but with a small selection of Korean, Chinese, and Thai items.
