Overall a very consistent and clean Persian grocer. A good choice for non-Persians who might have some questions or have a hard time browsing other super markets. Aside from the regular produce which you can find at most Persian stores (although it will probably be slightly fresher here), Khorak is very good for 3 things: Butcher, Baker and Special seasonal fruits.

Hartmans Fine Kosher Foods is a well-established kosher butcher and prepared foods store with two locations, both unsurprisingly on Bathurst Street. Calling itself "the old-fashioned butcher shop with modern day sensibilities", the store is a long-standing tradition amongst many locals, which is truly saying something given the large number of similarly competing businesses within the vicinity. From kosher kebabs to Israeli chicken and kreplach, this place pretty much has it all and is a great place to visit to put together a kosher menu for your gatherings. Closed Saturdays.
