After migrating to South Australia from Poland Joanna quickly realised her beloved, traditional, gourmet, polish food was not widely available, nor was it recognised. Using her culinary skills she had developed from generations before, Joanna worked tirelessly to preserve her traditions by cooking her much loved “Pierogi”.
