There is a short menu. The dining area is tiny; about 5 small tables, surrounded by some shelves filled (maybe) with various imported Brazilian food items. Although the space was small, it was packed with snacks and juices and even a cooler with meat. It's a small place, but they have chicha morada, inca kola and aji amarillo. Just like your average corner store with milk, soda, chips & candy. Only this one even has empanadas and Mexican imported Coke, made with real sugar. They carry aji amarillos--Peruvian yellow peppers--on the shelves in cans and jars and in the freezer. Some look more like jams or paste, and some looked pickled.

Penzey's is a great resource for spices, herbs, mixtures and flavorings, and it is near the top of the list of spice shops. They have tons of spices, neatly organized, next to large smelling pots of that spice. you can take a whiff, get a feel for what you may buy, and then choose accordingly. Also, their prices are reasonable.

The  International food is quite extense: Chorizo Espanol, Yerba Mate from Argentina, sweet potato preserve from Argentina, chimichurri sauce, cheese bread from Colombia, Dulce de Leche from Chile (yay), Harina Pan from Venezuela (to make arepas, which are corn meal patties and not to be confused with MAZA from Mexico),chocolates, cookies and coffee from Brazil. The Brits have it easy here as well. This is no gourmet fancy schmancy place - it's your friendly, neighborhood Argentine delight shop. This place has the best argentinian empanadas en Houston! The best part is that they are baked and not fried! The chimichurri sauce is awesome!

Colorful supermarket with a lot of different hispanic products.  The prices aren't the lowest, but you can find a lot of stuff you normally would not find in a regular supermarket. This store has everything that caters to the Hispanic community. This has a tortilleria ( fresh made corn tortillas), a fresh aquas (flavored water) stand, a taqueria/ grill and on the weekends barbacoa, carnitas, menudo and all that good stuff. They have a huge selection for fresh baked sweet bread and everything a normal grocery store has.
