Great store especially if you're looking for Caribbean products. It seems generally aimed at a Hispanic population with its vast array of Latin American food, but it also knows it's near some pretty yuppie/hippie neighborhoods, and carries things like soy yogurt and organic granola and a pretty good selection of vegetarian options. They also have some ethnic products from Mexico, Indian, and Middle Eastern that are harder to find elsewhere.

If you want to fill your pantry with real Mexican products (as opposed to American-Mexican products), you can get what you need here. If you're lookin for it, they probably have it: Tapatio, El Yucateco, Cholula, Valentina, and on and on. Most are significantly less expensive than if you were to buy them at a Supermarket

Great local market, sometimes you can feel a little intimidated being the only one who speaks English.  You can't go wrong with any of their seasoned meat for fajitas or any of their fully cooked foods. In one shopping trip you can get some lemons (really good ones!), Mexican chips, a can of condensed milk, a Spanish magazine, and a taco. Colorful supermarket with a lot of different hispanic products.  The prices aren't the lowest, but you can find a lot of stuff you normally would not find in a regular supermarket. This store has everything that caters to the Hispanic community. This has a tortilleria ( fresh made corn tortillas), a fresh aquas (flavored water) stand, a taqueria/ grill and on the weekends barbacoa, carnitas, menudo and all that good stuff. They have a huge selection for fresh baked sweet bread and everything a normal grocery store has.

This is a great little hole In the wall for Central American/Salvadorian food. At first it can be a little off putting, it looks like a corner store once you walk in, but be brave and make your way to the right you'll see all the food being prepared.
