Huge store with fully stocked shelves, cheaper than most Asian stores. The selection of Asian products is GREAT! The staff is quick to ring you up & the price is right.

Perfect little meat shop.  The owners are very friendly as well.  They also sell grocery items.  A lot middle eastern food ingredients...spices, candies. Open Sesame is a Halal meat market that offer unique East/West Indian, Pakistani, Middle eastern and European groceries store.

From produce, seafood, meat, snacks, sauces, bakery, drinks (non-alcoholic and alcoholic) to Asian staples Super L Ranch Market has it all. There is a good mix of Vietnamese, Chinese, Filipino, Taiwanese and Indian to name the predominant goods they carry here. The cashiers/staff working here are very helpful and friendly. You can get all your Asian goodies here, load up on siracha, buy soy sauce by the gallon and all the chicken feet you want.

This is a well-stocked Eastern European food market. You will find many, many products from Russia and former Soviet countries. Try the selection of wines, or one of many Kabasa or fish from the meat counter. This is basically a large specialty market. It mainly carries Russian items as well as a lot of Moldavian, Armenian, Ukrainian, Polish, Romanian, Bulgarian, and Georgian items

It's a massive labyrinth of goods from Korea, Japan, Indonesia, and other countries that will overwhelm the senses in such a good way. South America? They've got you covered.  Caribbean? You know it. They carry grocery items for Mexican food, spices for African food, Indian groceries and hair care products, Mediterranean, Chinese, Middle Eastern and much more. Really great Beer selection. The seafood, meat, and poultry is well organized.

Asiana carries a majority of Korean items though they surprisingly sell Eastern European, Indian, Filipino and Chinese food as well. Good Asian market with a wide selection of fresh vegetables, seafood.

hey have all the Fillipino goodies, that you would expect in a store like this. Clean and organized. But don't expect too too much. After all, it is a MOM AND POP shop.

Mekong is a nice sized supermarket with a large seafood and meat counter. Dry and canned goods are plentiful. The cashiers are young, friendly, and fast. If you want to avoid the crowds, then go on weekdays. Mekong is the go-to place for all kinds of seafood especially Shrimp.This is the place for all Asian groceries and spices.They have so many varieties of Noodles alone.
Also different sea food sauces and seasonings.The fruits and vegetables are always fresh. If you don't know where to go for Asian food/ingredients go here you will not be disappointed.

A great place for Indian grocery items. They have an enviable variety of spices: amchoor powder, nigella seed, and curry leaves, various sauces and chutneys, beef bacon, and all sorts of packaged items with fun names. Great place, they care about their customers. Help with everything and they literally have everything you would want.

Little India is a tiny Indian supermarket in a Plaza with a small kitchen in the back. They have very limited groceries.

It's Armenian, so it comes with all those awesome Armenian products that you want to try but can't do it quite yet! Fresh fruit, great deli selection, and awesome Mediterranean spices and food - and all at really great prices! 

Canton Food Co. is a restaurant supply wholesale warehouse open to the public, no membership required. The shelves are well-stocked and organized, with the regular assortment of food as well as some Asian inventory It's like a Chinese Costco! Bulk produce and meats at cheap prices. For some items, you don't have to buy the whole case either but can get them in smaller packages.

It's an ethnic market, so you're going to find a lot of ethnic specialties. There's lavash and sangak from at least five different local bakeries, several brands and flavors of yogurt, and lot's of various Persian sweets and pastries. You can get baklava, zaban, borek, halva, sohan, fruit tarts, etc. in plastic cartons (made fresh at local bakeries) or from the bakery counter.

 Staff is friendly and helpfull and would reccomend to check out if you are looking for Fijian and South Asian goods..

This is one of the many Bangladeshi-owned grocery stores/ steam table eateries along 3rd street. 
The groceries all the usual Indian/Pakistani/Bangladeshi and even some Sri Lankan spices and condiments. Also a selection of snacks, desserts, teas. They also have a selection of  fresh vegetables favored by South Asian, various leafy veggies, okra, white gourd, bitter gourd, taro etc.and a reasonably priced meat selection, including chicken, lamb, goat and beef

Swadesh is a Bangladeshi grocery store. There is prepared food at the back that is premade and some giant serving dishes.  You will find halal meats and Bangladeshi fish here, as well as Indian, Pakistani, and Bangladeshi spices and snacks.

They have a wide assortment of fresh breads, Armenian foods, dairy products, fresh meats, pastas, rice, and spices... all at amazing prices.  Really awesome prices. Inside the shop are simple shelves full of traditional Armenian foods from bread to cheeses, a meat counter, candies and fun stuff like Rose jelly. 

This place is awesome if you're looking for unique thai ingredients as well as a delicious meal that feels homemade. Market is connected to a buffet bar restaurant, only take cash or check and does have an ATM. It's a small, dim little market but the staff is friendly and helpful.

Cool little Vitnamese market. They have fresh fish and will kill/skin it on the spot. If you live in the area and need  asian spices, sauces, noodles, special ingredients, exotic fruits and vegetables  or fresh fish, check it out.   Extremely friendly. A variety of Asian and Hispanic products. Big fish selection and helpful staff. 

LAX-C is basically Thai Costco, a huge warehouse or super supermarket of asian foods. LAX-C carries a large number of Asian products, many are imported Thai products. They also carry fresh products as well as frozen products. You'll find all the things you'll need at an Asian market and much more. The place itself is rather messy and you'll find many items that are dusty.  There's plenty of dry and refrigerated ingredients.  The fresh seafood and produce sections were pretty small.

They have a unique selection of exotic fruits straight from the Philippines, great produce, fantastic seafood/butcher/etc., all the asian/filipino goods you could ask for. You will be  able to find Asian and American foods, too. The Pinoy standards of lumpia, swiss rolls, ube and fresh seafood is plentiful. You needed to make pancit...they had all the ingredients. Good variety of fresh produce, but somewhat lacking in quantity. They also have a wide variety of dried goods, canned goods, jars of sauces,rice noodles (huge variety of noodles), cold beverages, frozen goods/meats and cooking/serving implements. This market is affordable and very well stocked.  Things like lemongrass, ginger, garlic, galang, shallots, basil, oyster mushrooms, cilantro, limes, coconut milk (in the paper carton type box that rice milk is often packaged in), etc., are all very fresh and make for some really great soups.

This is a great family run grocery store - heavy on Asian items, good cheap produce, and butcher shop. They have all the ingredients and produce you'll need to make Asian meals including Malaysian, Indonesian, Vietnameseand Chinese dishes and more. This grocery warehouse market rocks have star fruit -jujubes, mangos-durian and hundreds of different types of canned fruit. Huge selection with incredible and hard to find vegetables and cuts of meat.

Truly an aunthentic filipino food place with such friendly, generous and fast service. There's a small grocery store inside in case you need to do a little shopping. The butchers in the fish/meat section are friendly and will cut your meat the way you ask depending on what dish you plan to make.

 This easily missed Filipino market deli is mix of fast food, slow food and soul food. Arko is a good place to get our cooking supplies, rice and other things need in the kitchen and house.  It's a great grocery store to fulfill all your Filipino food needs, fresh fish needs, and prepared dinner needs. The store has everything that Filipino's would need to make classic dishes ranging from sauces, vegetables, meat, and fish to Filipino specific ice cream, desserts, and other Filipino branded items. If you want fresh whole seafood, this is the place to go.  Their meat selection (beef, pork, poultry) is amazing quality, it's crazy how fresh & picture-perfect they look. A very nice Nepalese/Indian grocery/specialty item store.  Right next to the excellent Himalayan Restaurant!  Both highly recommended.  It has a little bit of everything Nepalese. There are your typical groceries, Nepalese cuisine, several spices & seasonings. Then some of your typical household goods etc.

 This place is super clean. However, the veggies, meats and seafood selections are pricey.  Lots of Japanese and Korean foods to choose from. They stock specialty foods like Sashimi, Shabu Shabu meats, fresh fish, shrimp, lobster, Asian fruits and veggies, Asian pastries and sometimes bento boxes for lunch.

Best affordable cambodian market in the area. This small shop has a good selection of Asian and Cambodian groceries and produce.

This grocery store has everything you need if you are looking to make a Thai dish. They even have items imported from Thailand including kitchen utensils. All vegetarians should be shopping here! The extensive mock meat section far surpasses your Whole Foods wet dream. It's Taiwanese imports, but it the same stuff your eating at most Thai or Chinese vegetarian restaurants. Plus their selection of aromatic herbs is outstanding: Lemongrass, Purple Basil, Kaffir Lime, Jalapenos... and so on. 

They have endless shelves of spice mixes and ready-made curry sauces, lots of dried goods like lentils and rice, and an assortment of cookies and imported household products. They have all the spices you'll ever need to make an authentic Indian meal at home.... In bulk. The prices were great on spices and about what you'd expect for canned items.  

If you are Turkish , and looking for a local market that carries lots of Turkish groceries, this is the place for you.   Half of the store is dedicated to Turkish groceries while the other half is dedicated to Indian/Pakistani groceries. This store has a lot of Turkish brand products and halal meat. 

They have endless shelves of spice mixes and ready-made curry sauces, lots of dried goods like lentils and rice, and an assortment of cookies and imported household product. Large selection of ethnic foods, but not so much on the candy and snacks. 

Garni is the best Armenian butcher in town. I've gotten steaks, chicken and pork from here. The pre-marinades are always on point. When steak isn't cut they'll chop it to whatever thickness you'd like. They offer helpful tips on preparing food. Extremely good quality meat at bargain prices!  It's a no frills meat market.  No fancy stuff here.  Just good meat, good service, friendly staff.  

Great Korean grocery store, large with the fresh seafood and great prices on produce.  Not only do they have Korean items that don't make appearances at your local Ralph's or Trader Joe's (like kimchee, Korean snacks, and packaged to go Korean food), their fruits and vegetables are the freshest and cheapest that I've seen. The butcher/fish area is really good as well. Small little mini Southeast Asia Food Mart. Mainly Indonesian Food, spices, and snacks that are imported Lots of selection of lunch box,instant noodle,snacks,desserts of indonesia(usually on saturday-sunday). 

If you're into Japanese cooking you have to check out Nijiya. They're famous for their organic produce but if you want to make Shabu-Shabu or Sukiyaki at home you will find the best quality meat sliced exactly the way it's supposed to be. They have most of what you're looking for if you're making something of Japanese cuisine, however, their selections are smaller. It is a small market, but you will find most of what you need. VISIT SITE

A quality Indian spice and foods store. Excellent costumer service. It's quality products at inexpensive prices, excellent and especially knowledgeable service, and great freeway close, mid-valley location (along with Mani's mom's excellent Samosas).

Always fresh meat. Lots of selection at Nayab mart. Great people. Nayab is much cleaner than other stores and have a nice selection of groceries very neatly arranged. Also the meat processors are nice and their dealing is friendly. The check out process is also quick. VISIT SITE

Mitsuwa is awesome because you can get everything you want from Japan without actually going. Very authentic Japanese produce,  products,  housewares,  make-up,  snacks,  and the hippo house bakery is amazing! The grocery store felt just like being in one of the large department store "food floors" in Tokyo, with nice produce and fresh foods. VISIT STORE

The perfect little neighborhood grocery store. Great selection of produce with a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. Shelves are stocked with tons of great Latin-American options, and there's a bakery in the back with fresh treats. There's a pretty decent beer selection and lots of cheap wine in the back too. There's a plethora of live seafood, meats, Asian, Caribbean and Mexican vegetables and other products. 

A Vietnamese market first, and Asian grocer second. Tai Nam has a wide selection of Asian products, tightly packed into aisle after aisle of happiness. The produce such as oyster mushrooms are also quite fresh and very very reasonably priced. This is another great hole-in-the-wall grocery store for your Vietnamese or general Asian desires. VISIT SITE

t's a convenient location in the city for a Korean fix. They have a large amount of Korean groceries here considering the fact that there don't seem to be very many Koreans living in this area. There's a private parking lot and it's off the Kennedy Expressway.  It's a small market, but they supply 90% of what a Korean would need. The other big bonus is that they have a small kitchen in the back that serves up great korean food for a low price. They a have a good selection of ethnic food-from Mexican to Middle Eastern to Asian.  Morse Market is a very nice neighborhood grocery store. The produce is amazing and they cater to just about every conceivable diet or palate. Excellent produce, very good meat.  Yeah, it's a bit pricier than big box stores, but it's also a neighbourhood shop, not a chain.

This isn't your typical cafe.....its more of a filipino grocery store/filipino restaurant. 

Any possible Indian spice or herb that you could possibly imagine is stocked by this store. It is awesome! There are some fresh veggies and herbs...but this place is better for it's packaged/dry items. Good selection of spices, sweets, packaged goods, and anything Indian you could imagine. Patel Brothers is the place to go for any Indian sauces, pastes, and spices. It's set up sort of (mini) retail-warehouse style and it can be a little hard to navigate when there are a lot of people there. Visit Site

 It's a small grocery store with a back section that has an opening where you can order/pick up food. Definitely the place to go to for awesome home cooked Filipino food. They also have some Asian grocery items but are very limited.

The inventory is well-stocked and the aisles are neat. Excellent selection of Thai products:  Soy sauces, shrimp paste, pickled veg. Good produce selection, for Southeast and Far East Asian cuisines.  Nice selection of frozen seafood.  The aisles are sorted (somewhat) by region and culture. They also have a great selection of fresh produce. This store is pretty clean, neat, and user-friendly.  The people who work there are so nice and knowledgeable.

Food mart carrying everything needed for your household and specializing in Indian/Nepali grocery.

This is your typical Asian supermarket. It has everything you need from Asia all in one place. The cashier ladies are always friendly and cheerful. The produce section is good. Fresh and well rounded. Great place when cooking oriental food. The choice of tofu is great as are the other condiments needed.  Dry goods selections are extensive enough to satisfy all Asian cultures.

3 R Filipino Grocery and Restaurant is a great place for authentic Filipino food. There are 2 sections of the store.  One side is a grocery and the other is a restaurant. Shop for fresh mango nectar, snacks such as wasabi peas , shrimp chips, dried mangos, and you will love the Pan de Sal (filipino slightly sweet bread) made fresh daily. 

Apart from the usual American groceries, the rest of the store is very "International"- every aisle has different foods from all over the world. A huge selection of Eastern European Foods (specifically Russian and Polish), Mexican, Indian, Kosher, Asian, and many other types. VISIT SITE

This is a cute little shop with a lot of selection of spices and rice for its size. I think the biggest benefit of this shop is that the owners/shopkeepers are extremely friendly and if you need help finding a spice they are on it. Great little store to get your essentials for Indian cooking.

A good oriental store to get your asian food essentials (asian cookware, sauces, condiments, snacks, vegies, meat, rice, noodles, frozen pot stickers etc). Cheaper than many other oriental stores.

Super 88 has the standard Asian fare that you can't find at normal grocery stores. They have a good selection of fresh (live) fish veggies and fruit. They sell everything a Chinese or southeast asian family could need.

It's a mix of a Middle Eastern market & liquor store. The selection, including some African products is pretty amazing and varied. They had all sorts of foods, spices and other selections.

Cool little food/  gourmet/ convenience store.   Imported foods that are hand selected by the owner, "Mo" -- who is so friendly and will let you taste the newest finds..... sometimes brownies and other sweets.... sometimes a new middle eastern dip that is unique to his store.... just lots of stuff. Also pedestrian things like Sprite, milk, etc. They've got great foods from England, Ireland, other Middle Eastern countries, great feta cheese from France and Bulgaria, yogurt from Greece, Armenian breads ... the list goes on and on.

The grocery section of the store is most excellent, they are quite large and have numerous brands of Indian groceries,  their produce section is decent and they have a good selection.The liquor store side of the store has a surprisingly good selection of microbreweries and other basics.This place is perfect for those out of the ordinary ingredients that Indian recipes call for (red lentils, garam masala).

Inside they have multiple whole walls dedicated to rice and aisles dedicated to noodles. They have a really big selection of cookware too. The spices/sauces/condiments are aplenty and they have a very nice selection of produce and meat/fish. They even have a prepared food corner and herbal medicine corner. The only thing that may be a little lacking is their frozen section. The staff are nice too and it's not too messy inside like some other Asian markets.The meat section is questionable, but the fish area typically has a lot of fresh seafood.

Great food at competitive prices, if you love Japanese style rice and groceries this is the place for you. Well stocked Japanese grocery store - they have everything from bento boxes to Shiseido shampoo and conditioners. The staff members are really polite and helpful.  The prices are okay, not cheap, but not outrageous. If you live anywhere in Manhattan, this is the place to get your Korean groceries. Has plenty of Korean foods you will be hard-pressed to find elsewhere. This is a tiny H-Mart, but it surely packs a punch. Minus the variety of brands, this store definitely carries whatever Korean grocery items you can possibly think of.

Fei Long has a huge parking lot, is always well-stocked on groceries, a one-stop shop, with a food court, AND boutique stores. A great place to find hard to find ingredients, cheap seafood and meats and awesome deals on produce. Huge produce section filled with fresh veggies. Fish market with weird delicacies like geoduck and snails. Butcher shop for the pork bone broth you're trying to make. Taro ice cream, frozen dumplings, Lee Kum Kee sauces, an entire aisle devoted to packaged ramen noodles. Need a wok or cheap Asian folding chairs? They've got it. 

Hands down, one of the best Chinese grocery store in Manhattan..This is probably the largest supermarket in Chinatown. At the front there's a bunch of fresh produce, and to the right are packaged foods. They even have a basement with miscellaneous goods like cooking equipment, utensils, household items, etc. They stock Thai, Vietnamese, and a small Korean and Japanese section) to standard American groceries (cereal, biscuits, oil, milk, etc.) to household items.

The store carries all your fresh Thai basics - kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass, galangal, thai basil, bamboo shoots, etc.They sell different kinds of curry paste that's easy to prepare and taste good too. Great store specializing in Thai products. Owner is very pleasant and incredibly helpful. While the store is awfully small, they carry to most important Thai ingredients,  VISIT SITE

This family owned place has a wide array of spices, lentils and rice with everything else you need for South Asian cooking. It is a haven for anybody who cooks Pakistani or Indian food.  A local source for Basmati rice, spices, pulses, sandalwood soap and neem toothpaste. Found all that and more at this cute, family run shop. And the prices are good, too. 

All the ingredients you will ever need for Malaysian, Thai and Vietnamese cooking can be found here. Here, you can find Pandan Leaves, Belachan, Lime Leaves, Gula Melaka, a whole host of spices, and whatever else tickles your fancy. They are right in saying that they're an Indonesian, Thai, Asia Market etc. because everything that you ever want from South East Asia is right here.

Great Korean market, has everything that you need. The little food court that is attached to the market was surprisingly very good and economical. Once you walk in through the parking lot, you are welcomed by an assortment of Korean snacks and banchan in the refrigerators at the entrance. This H Mart open 24 hours. Good selection of spices and Indonesian groceries, assorted chilli sauce, chips, seasoning, crackers. If you come on Saturday evening they have Indonesian food and munchies with reasonable price.  The prices are fair and for certain spices really good. They sell everything from Indo Mie to the various bumbus to dodol to even frozen tempeh.

This little Indonesian grocery store has a fairly small selection of useful items such as fresh tempeh and kecap manis (sweet soy sauce). What makes this place worthwhile, though, is the takeout meals stacked on the counter. Things are everywhere instead of being stored according to category. Although there aren't that many shelves to begin with, you just have to be patient looking at what's on each shelf. 

This little Thai grocery store offers so much more food and products than it looks from the outside. Inside you can find some local homemade Thai food that you don't usually find in Thai restaurants. They carry all kinds of local food from the north, the northeast to the south of Thailand.   If you have a craving for deep fried goodness, there are so many types of shrimp flavored chips and sugary crackers and cookies to satisfy your craving. 

If you are looking for a great supply of (not just Chinese) Asian ingredients (Thai eggplant to frozen kaffir lime) and supplies (from mortar-pestles to bamboo rice steamers) you will not be disappointed (after braving through the gates). If you want to have Indonesian spices and goodies, come to Topline. You also can get Thai, Philipino, and other exotic SE Asian condiments and ready-to-eat snacks.

 Ready-made, fresh Korean food, a great selection of produce, fish, and meat, just everything is amazing. All at awesome prices! Competitively priced groceries, albeit not as affordable as Main Street markets nearby.  Food samples and the help staff were great for pointing out ingredients for cooking various notions at home. It's a supermarket with a small eatery in the back that happens to be awesome. Every kind of flour, bean, ready made bread, spice, chutney and more your heart could ever desire. The produce is amazing and is the best  in the area. Find vegetables and various ingredients used in Filipino cooking which is great! Plus all the Indian products and goodies. Best store for authentic Indian dry goods and produce. VISIT SITE

If you're on the lookout for Indian specialty items (or Pakistani, Sri Lankan, Malaysian, etc food products), this is a pretty decent place to look. This place has almost everything , a tad bit cramped but u can get all your spices , even fresh curry leaves. You must try their ready to eat packets , a ton of variety and only $2 bucks. Very nice people and good service. It's also a great place to get fresh halal meat and they also carry fresh fish.

Himalayan Mini Mart is a corner store geared towards the sizable population of Nepalis in the area. As far as I know, this is the only place around where one can buy ingredients that are unique to Nepali cooking. This place has a fun selection of Nepali goods as well as Indian and East Asian.

Chai Hong sells Asian groceries with a concentration on Southeast Asian (Cambodian in particular). You can buy lots of spices and herbs that aren't found in chinatown and the large chinese-vietnamese stores on Washington ave. Diverse selection of south east Asian fruits, vegetables and herbs. 

Get your cheap veggies and ingredients for Thai, Vietnamese, Korean and Japanese items, Great produce that lasts much longer than the average grocery store. Hard to navigate if you're only English speaking. Very friendly staff. HUGE selection of chili paste/sauce and all of the curry you could want. 

 If you love Asian groceries, organic products, and chocolate then don;t go anywhere else.  This place does really delicious fresh vietnamese hoagies! My favorites are the tofu and the roasted pork.

Penzey's is a great resource for spices, herbs, mixtures and flavorings, and it is near the top of the list of spice shops. They have tons of spices, neatly organized, next to large smelling pots of that spice. you can take a whiff, get a feel for what you may buy, and then choose accordingly. Also, their prices are reasonable. 

Asia Supermarket does encompass Asian foods and chinaware.The prices are good, the produce is (mostly) good, and the selection is by far the best in Philly's Chinatown. If you want a specific type of soy sauce or chili sauce or bok choy, this is the place to get it.

This place is consistently being restocked daily & they are not like other supermarkets where they put out all the older stuff first & hide the new stuff. The new stuff will become old stuff & look rotten!
 

They have a good selection of Vietnammese, Chinese, and Thai groceries.

 This is a  small little Market with all types of Thai groceries you can buy to concoct ypur own Thai dishes!! There is ALWAYS a line here usually wrapped around the corner and down to the next merchant - but that is because it is worth it!.

It's a huge indoor market - they sell everything from candles, linens, & numerous gift items, to donuts, fresh cannollis, beef jerky, pizza, and pretty much any type of food you can think of or imagine! An assortment of differing kinds of food, ranging from Asian, middle eastern, even to Amish! (there were in fact, a lot of Amish food). Always popping with energy and full of diverse options and delicious food. 

Another indonesian shop, has great meatballs and all kinds of groceries, noodles, sauces, treats, rice and more.

mall selection of crappy boxed and canned foods. Instead they sell fresh produce, homemade Indonesian snacks, bulk tofu, some meats, various Asian and Mexican products (palm sugar, fish sauce, Bimbo cakes, shrimp crackers, tortillas, weird Indonesian ramens with like 50 spice and flavoring packets, queso fresco, etc), fresh baked pastries, all at very cheap prices. Seriously, as cheap as you think it might be, it is cheaper. 

Cheapest food shopping in the area if you need fresh food such as vegetables, seafood, meat etc. they also have a great selection of healthy foods such as raw nuts, seeds and berries for pretty cheap. An enormous selection of quality fruits, vegetables and the walls are lined with a wide variety of meats ... duck, pigs feet/legs, whole chickens and breasts/etc. and of course beef in every variety.

This Indian grocery store had the best selection and service in the University City area. This is the place to get Indian groceries in Philadelphia. They've got such a tremendous selection of legumes, condiments, chaat mixes, nuts and fruits, I find things here that I can find nowhere else in the city. If you adore Ethiopian injeeras, you can get a nice sack of them to keep you full for days.
