After migrating to South Australia from Poland Joanna quickly realised her beloved, traditional, gourmet, polish food was not widely available, nor was it recognised. Using her culinary skills she had developed from generations before, Joanna worked tirelessly to preserve her traditions by cooking her much loved “Pierogi”.  From the careful selection of  fresh peppercorns & spices to the meticulous cooking, each individual piece is lovingly made using local & natural ingredients. This ensures that only the highest standard, authentic product is produced. They create a taste sensation that memories are made of.
