This cookery school is located 20 minutes outside the city on a tranquil farm surrounded by olive and citrus plantations (they will pick you up and drop you off from your accommodation for free). The maximum group size is twenty and everyone gets their own workstation. Host Michel kicks things off with some blind tasting of spices, and then the friendly chefs teach you how to make flatbread, any one of a range of tagines, couscous (on Fridays) and msemen (Moroccan pancakes).

The workshops are run by a dada (traditional Moroccan chef), a translator (French/English), and include a visit to a nearby spice market and communal bread oven
Cooking Classes are now held lon the Sunshine Coast. Come and spend a fun morning learning about various cuisines from around the world, in particular about the herbs and spices used in each cuisine. It’s all about the spice! Then, sit down and relax with a beer or a wine over lunch, eating the food that you have prepared and cooked throughout the morning.
