They have combined the best of both worlds: Handcrafting wines from their vineyards in Texas, California and Washington.

The guys who run the place are super nice, fun and knowledgable. You will definitely get a buzz after the tastings. Their full production urban winery is fitted with a barrel room and tasting lounge. The guys who run it are super nice and know their stuff! The tasting is extremely reasonably priced for how much wine you get and you can always order extras glasses if you want more. A great place for wine. Their selection is extremely varied, everything from bold and rich reds to fruit flavored sweet whites. Definitely something for everyone's tastes. They are positioned more as a winery than a wine bar, which only means they tend to close earlier. They...

The physical space is cool, badass paintings on the walls, huge windows in their two story front area. They have wines on tap, which is a neat idea. The interior of IMT is street chic/vintage cool. Spray paint images juxtaposed with random art and monkeys - their namesake. They have  little nooks that are available in different places surrounding the bar. Gives you a sense of privacy within the larger space. A cool urban place! This is very much like a hipster brewery, but for wine. The servers are so cool and friendly, and the wine selections are...

Charming wine-tasting room run by wonderfully friendly people, on the first floor of the Oasis shopping complex out on Comanche Trail Road.

The tastings are well balanced between reds and whites. Highly recommended for a wine-tasting visit, especially if you'd like to mix it with the amazing views out at the Oasis. They have worked out deals where you can even buy a bottle from their place and take it to some of the other businesses in the immediate area and drink your wine there, which is a plus if you're trying to bar hop around the area. Lovely couple...

They are known for their Tempranillo and Cab Red wines, and Palomino and Chardonnay white wines. At this location they have stand alone tasting room, which typically has the winemaker onsite to provide detailed wine making information, and a separate café where you can enjoy a bite to eat. The staff are highly informative and passionate about their wines.

The prices are high. Bottles range from $40-$90 each. The wines are complex, with heavy tannins that age beautifully when cellared. Some mixed reviwes on service??

Nice little place with a good selection of wine. Most non pretentious winery around. Sweet wines and the sweet ones are excellent. These are not classic wines. If you like sweet wines this is the place to visit. The wine room and the shopping boutique in the back are so welcoming and bright. The service is excellent and the bartender made us feel at home. 6 Tastings for $12 and a complementary stemless Fiesta glass. With a 3 bottle purchase your tasting is FREE!

Super friendly and very knowledgeable. This place owns the largest vineyards in Texas. The tasting room was intimate and rustic. They did a great job fixing up this old building and repurposing it as a tasting area. They also featured a great...

At Alexander Vineyards they produce wines that are classic expressions of the regions in which they are made. They produce four true Champagnes, five still wines from Bordeaux, and a Riesling from Germany.

This place is all about the wine. Specializing in French varietals rather than Texas wines, this is a refreshing and unique stop on the Fredericksburg wine trail. The tasting room is dog friendly and there is an outdoor area for you to enjoy a bottle of wine.Don't judge a book by its cover. The ambience is tranquil, enjoy a bottle...

A very "Texas" experience, it feels like you walked into a saloon in the 1800's. All of their grapes are from Texas, most from the Rio Grande Valley. They have a very friendly server with a strong knowledge of the wines and winery. They definitely love the sweet wines as about half of their stock is in this category. They have a lot of outdoor seating which was very nice and plenty inside as well. The wines are pretty good.  Great place to spend some time and relax with a glass or even a bottle. On the weekends they have a brick...

Six shooters is a tasting room that highlights 5 Texas wine makers (Legato, Cowtown, Cross Timbers, Yepez, and Clear Creek). It is located in the historic Rocky Hill complex next to Fiesta Winery 290. This place has a fun vibe, and is definitely not the place to go if you are a serious wine connoisseur interested in the 411 on the wine maker and wine making process. The staff are extremely friendly, but have only limited knowledge? Tons of options to choose to sample and you get to keep the glass! Excellent wine and great hosts. ...

For over a hundred and fifty years, Barons Creek has quenched the thirst of many noblemen. At Barons Creek Vineyards, you don’t have to be a royal descendant to enjoy a good drink, but they’ll treat you like one anyway!

The winery itself is impressive. There's a fountain in the back with the villa as a backdrop. Ambiance is very similar to that of Napa and Sonoma wineries. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgable about the different wines. They have villas available for overnight stay, which are absolutely beautiful. The quality...
