Wills Domain sits atop 60 hectares of rolling hills in the north of the Margaret River region in the Gunyulgup Valley. Their vines grow in ancient red gravel soils that are the envy of winemakers around Australia, and our state-of-the-art facility provides an ideal environment for our small parcel estate winemaking that combines old world tradition with new world know-how. They produce wine varieties best suited to the growing conditions of the Margaret River wine region.
Their wine range encompasses Semillon Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Chardonnay, Rose, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and a Reserve Cabernet. Their wines have won trophies and gold medals at prominent Australian wine shows since our first vintage.
Wills Domain has become a ‘must-do’ for food lovers visiting the Margaret River region. Executive Chef Seth James delivers beautiful food with depth and a focus on seasonal local produce. They offer a choice of degustation or a la carte dining in a relaxed and unpretentious setting and open 7 days a week with the exception of Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day and Good Friday.
Their redesigned Restaurant and Cellar Door has allowed wonderful flexibility in their function spaces, creating a number of individual locations to make your own. Ideal for weddings/functions large and small, enjoying stunning views across the rolling hills of our Estate.
