Plantings have since expanded significantly, now comprising shiraz (24ha), grenache (10.5ha), cabernet sauvignon (5.9ha), mourvedre (3.7ha), and smaller plantings of marsanne, viognier and dolcetto.

Linfield Road produces small batches of single-vineyard wines from the Wilson family vineyard at Williamstown. The story began in 1860 when Edmund Major Wilson planted the first vines on the outskirts of Williamstown. It is situated high above the valley floor, with cooler nights and longer ripening periods. This results in elegant red and white wines with good structure.

Stay for B&B at Linfield Cottage, a luxury 1900 Federation home that has been beautifully restored, and is an ideal base to explore the Adelaide Hills and southern Barossa region. A formal dining room, country...
