A good selection of recipes from this publication. I did find all the adds a bit distracting!

I was a bit hesitant to list this site as there are only 6 recipes. However they are the result of a world competition so they must be good. OK for cooking at home. Check out the Famous Peddler's Char Kway Teow (by the way fish gravy means fish sauce)...one of my favorites...the editor
