The carniceria is just like one you'd find in Argentina and the cuts are Argentinian asado-type cuts. They have all the spices and ingredients from Argentina, Brazi, Ecuador, Peru and most other South American countries. Keep in mind this is an Argentinian market. But at the Deli they serve all kinds of empandas.
It's a small Argentinian market/deli.The place offers incredible meat pastries & Pizza and a variety of imported foods from South America. The empanadas are made with care, with the edges perfectly sealed in a half moon. The fillings are authentic like the Empanada criolles.
Great little place. Excellent selection of meats for Asados at a good price (Butcher), as well as a good range of imported goodies, mostly from Argentina but also a few things from Spain, Portugal, and Brazil from time to time. Good selection of Yerba Mate.
It's Armenian, so it comes with all those awesome Armenian products that you want to try but can't do it quite yet! Fresh fruit, great deli selection, and awesome Mediterranean spices and food - and all at really great prices!
They have a wide assortment of fresh breads, Armenian foods, dairy products, fresh meats, pastas, rice, and spices... all at amazing prices. Really awesome prices. Inside the shop are simple shelves full of traditional Armenian foods from bread to cheeses, a meat counter, candies and fun stuff like Rose jelly.
This is a local Armenian grocery. They have every kind of middle eastern and european delight, and the family makes the most delicious, freshest baked goods - both savory and sweet and everything is so inexpensive, yes - cheap. High quality, low prices,
Full of Scandinavian delicacies. They sell candy, breads, condiments, knick-knacks, decorations, coffee, crispbread and a whole lot more. There is also a good, additional selection of Swedish candies by Gotte Grisar ("Candy Pigs"!) that is sold by weight (you use scoops like at the bulk section). You don't have to be Scandinavian to enjoy their wide range of delicacies, beers, and wines. Gravlax and gevalia in the cutest cafe on pico with the most charming staff.
Great place to get tamales, pandeyucas, arequipe, chorizo and arepa. Awesome little place. Everything is organized. The place looks so good and the people there are nice and friendly. If you're Colombian, you must go there. If you aren't and want good Colombian products and a warm and inviting place go to little Colombian Delicatessen. I recommend anyone to come and try their empanadas and whatever they have on the menu. VISIT SITE
This old fashioned butcher shop, Croatian owned and run, is one of San Pedro's culinary gems. In addition to a full selection of beef, port, lamb and chicken, they also have the best fresh fish in town, with fillets often cut to order from the fish itself. There are also Croatian beef and lamb specialties.
Shoops has everything from breakfasts, lunches and dinners to baked goods, groceries, soaps, lotions, shampoos etc.
The shop is stocked for the holidays throughout the year. Great place to find European foodstuffs - especially German, Scandinavian, and a bit of British foods, ingredients, and condiments. VISIT SITE
