This smal grocer has almost everything you could want. A butcher, live seafood, produce and a wide variety of packaged good. There is also a small section of mexican spices, chillies, sauces and tortillas. The fish department is well-stocked, clean, and includes a massive selection of frozen stuff as well as well-kept tanks of live fish, crabs, and mollusks.

 The store has all the normal grocery iyems and a large number number of gluten-free options , cheap non-dairy milk, bulk spices, a good selection of meat alternatives (tofu, seitan, mock meats, tempeh) for less than other shops. Also Mexican, Italian, Portugese, Indian, and East Asian prepared foods. Definitely the place for natual food products at decent fair low prices compared to health food stores... great for organic sundries, spices, great produce (incl some organic) and a very diverse bulk foods section... also has a a deli.
