Their hands-on classes are held Monday to Saturday and presented in English by entertaining Malaysian instructors. Each day of the week they teach a different menu, and provide detailed explanations of ingredients and cooking methods. Students individually prepare their 3-course lunch at their own cooking station, usually consisting of an appetizer, main course, side dish, and dessert.
